Who We Are

We are a nonprofit organization, we exist because we believe in building a strong community. In order to do that, we must start at the foundation: our youth. We are focused on strengthening and empowering vulnerable youth because that is where we can make the most impact. We can make significant contributions to society by helping those that need it the most and are the face of the future.

How We Do It

  • We raise funds and give grants to nonprofit programs and agencies that help vulnerable youth in our community.
  • We create our programs to fill gaps where programming was needed.
  • We raise awareness of issues that are affecting  our community.
  • We collaborate with other nonprofits and local agencies to make a bigger impact in our community.

Our Mission

To drive lasting change in the Sherburne County Area by uniting changemakers to advocate for the common good of the community and to develop innovative solutions to local complex challenges that cannot be solved alone.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a community where every person has an opportunity to thrive without social barriers.

We collaborate with community partners to invest in the future of our youth.

We proactively educate the community regarding vulnerable youth and how to be a force of change.

We empower vulnerable youth with confidence and education to make sound decisions.

We are the catalysts that strengthen our vulnerable youth to keep our community strong.

Equity Statement

Together, we are building an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our community, especially those that have been traditionally marginalized. We strive to create a culture where equity and inclusiveness are no longer initiatives but the norm. We are working to create a community where everyone feels welcomed and empowered to be their full, authentic selves. We are building a culture of empathy and understanding where community members that have different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds can learn from each other. Communities that are inclusive and value diversity in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective are proven to be stronger and more innovative. We work with public and private partners to raise awareness, resources, support, and opportunities to create a more equitable community.
